If there is anything like luck in this world, I am very LUCKY, Yes ,because whenever I retrospect on my life, I find myself really very lucky, let me tell you how. The topic on which I am writing is a bit Esoteric, the person who deals with the building of Search Engine, or the person involved in the Search Engine Optimization can better explain this, but to my knowledge I will try my best to explain what are the Factors which decide which website will be listed first and so on, when you enter your Query in Search Engine.
